The university may transfer rights to your ERFINDUNGen through licensing agreements, under which the university retains all rights, titles and interests of its ERFINDUNGen, while granting a commercial entity the right to manufacture, use and/or sell products on the basis of INVENTION (S). In order to enable the university to fulfil legal and contractual obligations to research sponsors, including the federal government, and taking into account my employment by the university or my participation in sponsored research or my use of university funds, facilities or other resources, I agree that licensing agreements with EQUITY must be structured to protect university and faculty members from conflicts of interest. Before the university executes an agreement, THE INVENTOR (S) must disclose to the IAP and the standing committee of the university conflict any consultation agreement existing or proposed between the INVENTOR (S) and the potential licensee, or any other advisory arrangement with other companies that may present conflicts of interest. On the recommendation of the Vice-Provost for Research, the university and the relevant deans may impose restrictions on the proposed licensing agreement, the sponsored research agreement, the board agreement between the INVENTOR and the licensee or other agreements. In addition, the university, deans or presidents can set up a mechanism to oversee the relevant INVENTORS. In such cases, it is considered that the students irrevocably transferred and surrendered all of their right, title and interest to such an invention and that they are applicable from the first project or the date of practice, whether or not that student performs a PARTICIPATION CONTRAT OR another written agreement to confirm the contract, and that student is considered to be for the purposes of the inventor for participation in the distributions and other means provided by the Research ethics include strict adherence to concepts that individuals, benefactors and justice must adhere to and requires that participants in a research project receive information that constitutes informed consent to the conditions of their participation.
